How to make Pizza



    This recipe is a modified version of the recipe - a recipe that already existed, means of three different types of recipes that I've tried, so by adding the system and ultimately reduce the quantity of ingredients to create recipes that I think more yimmy, tender and lezattt ....

For the topping, because they have to follow the tastes anak2ku (my biggest reason to make this because my son hooked pizza pizza, duh .. like a real Mother aja ...) So no peppers or mushrooms, sausage and bacon enough plus onions.

To make bread necessary:
250 g high protein flour (sifted)
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons milk powder
1 tablespoon margarine
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon instant yeast
1 / 2 tablespoons sugar (can be added, according to taste)

Topping:
2 or 3 sausage
2 pieces of bacon
1 / 2 large onion bt
Chopped garlic 1 bt
1 tablespoon margarine for sauteing
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 / 2 teaspoon ground oregano
mozzarella cheese to taste
craft cheese (optional) to taste
pepper to taste
salt to taste

Method:

   1. Combine flour, yeast, milk powder, sugar and salt, add egg yolks, stirring until evenly distributed.
   2. Add boiled water little by little until the dough is smooth.
   3. Add margarine, stir again until smooth and does not stick in hand, tossing - tossing around 3 minutes, set aside a chair leb 45 minutes until the dough two-fold.

How to make the Topping:
Heat the margarine, put garlic and onion until wilted, add the sausage and bacon. Do not forget to let me taste a little more mantabbbb pepper.

Well ... it's time to make pizza.
Dough that has been incorporated into the expanding pan (I use a versatile pan) with a flattened form a sphere, more or less evenly until thick 1 / 2 cm. Heat about five minutes.

After five minutes, the dough has started to bloom / larger than before, rubbing the mixture topped with tomato sauce, tomato paste and oregano powder. Then a new sausage and friends - his friends, panggan again about ten minutes until the dough is cooked, well ... the food is ready deh ....
